The outsole and midsole are made from partially recycled rubber and recycled EVA molding respectively.

Reef Lorne Sandal: Available in basic brown or black this flip flop is sure to become a favorite. Reef gathered lots of recycled parts to make this pair happen. The straps are chrome-free leather (meaning it required less chemicals for processing) and adorned with recycled scrap metal grommets. The midsoles are made from recycled EVA and the outsoles from recycled rubber. And 1 percent of the sales are donated to non-profit environmental foundations.

Rafters Circle Thong: Step out in surfer style with this pair. The hibiscus patterned strap has a circular detail to give these sandals a fashionable edge and the soles are made from recycled EVA and rubber.

BC Footwear Earthquake: Want to make more of a fashion statement with your beachwear? Go for this ankle wrap style made of jute, a biodegradable natural fiber.

Simple Women’s Cushee: From uber green shoe brand, Simple, this pair of traditional flip flops pop in pink. They’re completely vegan- and vegetarian-friendly. The strap is made of hemp while the rest is fashioned from reyclced rubber and EVA with 100 percent post-consumer paper pulp footforms.
