Those years dating Leo must have rubbed off on her - no Evian for this icon. Brazilian supermodel Gisele has been spotted with her reusable Sigg water bottle in hand time and time again.

The lightweight aluminum bottles are easy to carry, whether you’re running around town or jetting around the globe, and they come in an array of colors and patterns. Plus, using them helps cut down on the billions upon billions of water bottles thrown away each year.  And we know this probably doesn’t concern Gisele, but it’s significantly cheaper to use a reusable water bottle and water filtration system than to buy disposable water bottles.

But using reusable water bottles isn’t the only effort Bundchen is making to do her part for the environment.

Ads for a sandal she designed, the Ipanema G2B sandal, are aimed at raising
awareness about the necessity of conserving fresh water. The ads, which
feature Bundchen wearing a ‘water dress,’ support Y Ikatu Xingu, a
campaign to protect a watershed in the Amazon basin from pollution and
overuse. And the sandals themselves are made sustainably, with the recycling of 99% of the surplus material created AND 99% of water used during production.

Super model, indeed.
